You can now make payments online for added convenience.
Prefer to pay in person? Visit the Irondequoit Town Hall at 1280 Titus Avenue. You can also mail payments or set up a direct bill payment through your bank. Please note that bank payments may take up to 12 days to reach the town office.

Why Inner Work Matters
To help keep costs low and your billing accurate, please read your meter as soon as you receive your meter read card. You can then:
Call in your reading.
Write it on the provided card and mail it back.
Starting August 15, 2010, a $35.00 estimated read fee will be charged if an actual meter reading is not obtained each billing cycle.
If you're unable to read your meter or need assistance locating it, contact our Billing Clerk at (585) 467-6341 to be added to the Special Read List or for further guidance.
